Here is my weekly schedule for group mat classes:
Tuesday 9.10am – 10.00am : Intermediate … a more challenging workout suited to more experienced students and those looking for a more dynamic workout. Click here to book.
Tuesday 8pm – 8.50pm : All Levels … a general class, suitable for all. Beginners will learn and practice the basic Pilates principles while more experienced students will have the option to work at the next level. Click here to book.
Thursday 9.10am-10.00 am : Beginners+ … a gentler class, suitable for people with injuries. More challenging options will be given for more experienced students. Click here to book.
Friday 9.10am – 10.00am : All Levels … a general class, suitable for all. Beginners will learn and practice the basic Pilates principles while more experienced students will have the option to work at the next level. Click here to book.
Price £12 per class. Class Pass 5 classes £50.
All class passes are valid for 4 months.

Why choose my mat classes ?
I like my classes to flow and to be fun and challenging. My aim is to help students of all levels and abilities to become stronger and more confident in their own bodies. With regular practice and dedication Pilates will help you move more freely and easily as well as look and feel better.
There is a strong focus on correct technique in an encouraging and motivating environment with a pinch of humour thrown in for good measure. We will finish practice with a smile on our faces!
I try to vary my classes and keep them creative to keep my clients on their toes. I often introduce small equipment such as foam rollers, magic circles, weights and therabands for variety.
